We usually don't agree with anything. But, concerning the issues you've posted
about: Re: Problems with Sequential Systems, I'd agree with it
completely. I've had at least a dozen or more friends of mine in the Apple
II community relate the same problems they had with Sequential Systems
products in the past and present also.
If I ever wanted any products currently offered from Sequential Systems,
I'd certainly never order it from them. I'd look for it used on our A2
marketplace or eBay auctions and such.
It's ashamed that they have such a poor record with respect to your problems
and offering you a solution to your satisfaction. But, you are not alone with
such problems. You'd think with the unique and useful Apple II products they
do still offer for sale to the public, that they would be more responsible.
However, it seems that they are not!
