You could just change your startup slot in the Control Panel.  For
example, set it to 5 to boot from your 3.5" drive.

Did you set the new slot to "Your Card" in the Control Panel?  If not,
then the computer won't be able to access the Vulcan.

You should pick the new slot carefully - you probably can't use slot 3,
4 or 5 because you are likely to need the built-in function (80-column
text, mouse and 3.5" drive).  If you have a ROM 3 IIgs, you could use
slot 4.

Slots 1, 2 and 6 depend on whether you need the built-in function
(printer port, modem port and 5.25" drive respectively).
