I e-mailed Ross a couple of times last fall, asking if he was
going to do anything with MIDI Surgeon, but got no reply.  I,
too, would be interested in seeing an e-mail message from him 
that describes exactly how the GS+ software can be distributed.
For example, can I distribute MIDI Surgeon from my own Web
site, or would I need to point to the issue archive on your
site?

Also...ask him to update his Web pages.  For nine months his
"AppleIIGS" page has said:

  Ross will be writing plenty, very soon, about Apple IIGS.
  (Including GS+ Magazine, Shrink II, Etc.)
