I've got the standard 7Mhz model with 1.5 ROM and the regular 8k
of cache (35ns, I think). Mine tops out at 12.5Mhz.
Since I've seen a couple of other posts of 7Mhz TWGS pumped to
12.5Mhz without SRAM swaps, I figure this setup is good to this
speed generally.
6Mhz TWGS units might use slower SRAMs, though, so can't
vouch for them. They probably have below 1.5 ROM too.
