Lines are skipping when printing

I recently got an Apple IIGS.  It is running system 6,
and has the Grappler Parallel card driver and the Epson
printer driver installed.  I have an Epson FX 80

I print from Hermes ShadowWrite NDA, and the printout
looks like this:

this is line 2 of page 1

this is line 3 of page 1
************************

I want the printout to look like this:


************************
this is line 1 of page 1
this is line 2 of page 1
this is line 3 of page 1
************************


The way it is now, 1 page of text takes TWO pieces of paper to print on,
because of all the spaces between lines.

How can I change this?
