Money is not and never has been an issue for me (I have a fairly high-rolling
lifestyle, as many people know). ;-)

I am not doing any future writing or programming due to the fact that one of
our products was duplicated rather than working with its management - which is
not me, by the way. I can't spend the time if the [hard, difficult (for me),
time-consuming] work is not respected, and confusion insues. I have already
been offered ridiculous amounts of money to continue and the answer is no. 

Nice idea, though, Jeff. If you do this let me know and you can have some
reprints.
