Assuming you selected 'physical disks' in Ciderpress it should be
writing to the raw volume, but it's at least possible that you
overwrote the pre-existing partition on the SD card instead.
Windows 7 makes working with raw devices a bit of a pain (IMO) as
there's no old-school fdisk anymore. The only way off the top of my
head to check for sure is with cygwin. You can 'dd' block zero off the
disk and check that it's a valid ProDOS boot block ...
