I recently picked up a Motorola @World modem from Alltech electronics for
$29.  It's rated at 28.8 kbps & comes with the power cable and modem
cable.  Plus, the people answering the phone have actually heard of an
Apple IIGS!

It's plug-and-play with Spectrum 2.0.
