First, don't use WWW.  IT does nothing and take you NOWHERE with respect to ACN
(apple.cabi.net).

The GS/OS 5.0.4 system archive you want is in the /System 
folder.  It's also got .bin appended to it for wease of binary download needs
for all platforms, broswers and their users.  It's a ShrinkIt archive (BTW) so
GS ShrinkIt can handle it just fine on the IIgs.  Use Nulib on the PC and use
Shrink II on the Mac.
