It apears to be a standard Disk II card clone except for the jumper
pads allowing a wiring chance.
If you did all of the jumper pads youï¿½d have:

Pin 15 of the Prom P6 now connects to the +5v trace and pin 16 now
connects to pins 12 & 13 of the 74LS05 and also to the right end of resistor R6.
Pin 15 of the Prom P5 now connects to +5v and  pin 16 now goes to /IOSEL

Youï¿½d no longer have:
Pin 8 of the 74LS174 no longer connected to pin 16 of Prom P6
Pin 15 of Prom P6 no longer connects to pins 12 & 13 of the 74LS05
Pin 15 of Prom P5 no longerconnects to /IOSEL and pin 16 no longer
connects to pin 10 of itself.

It apeard to be just changing the connections on 2 pins on each Prom.
