Sure.  I see you already have a drive capable of MFM on the IIGS and
are using the MS-DOS FST.  That FST is read only, so you can read
IBM format, but not format or write.  To format or write, you need the
MUG! desk accessory.  You can get it from the ground ftp server, see
below:
