Apple Pascal has a Pascal compiler and an assembler. The assembler is
reasonably good - it has macros, for example. Nothing to write home
about, and it is really only useful for programs which run in the Pascal
environment.
Using the assembler on a one 5.25" drive system is very tricky (it won't
fit on the same disk as the compiler and operating system). It is more
feasible if you have two drives, or a 3.5" drive with Pascal 1.3.

Charles told me (in E-Mail) he'd already tried Apple Software Licensing,
and they weren't any help.
