There is a control panel that lets you do the above and more. It assigns
each program a speed so that you don't have to do it manually.
I used to have the control panel but removed it due to conflicts. I'll
try to find it. It was written by the programmer who distributed his
software as "Jesus-a-ware" but I don't remember the programmer's
name.
