As far as I know, they have stopped development.

The Bernie to the Rescue product is a tough act to follow, and the
shareware fee is well worth it.  There wouldn't be much of a payoff in
continuing development on Gus since BTTR does it all so well, and Apple
would have little to nothing to gain by continuing development.
