How do I fix my Apple IIc monitor?

I've noticed that the text on it is "dipped" on the right side.  In other
words, as though the image itself is, overall, crooked.  I had this exact
same problem (to a lesser degree) on an NEC XV14 monitor I owned for 3
years.

I've looked at the inside (what I could see of it) and it's as dusty and
cob-webbed in there as anyone dare imagine.  I'd like to give this puppy a
serious interior cleaning, but don't know how to completely expose the
interior.  I wouldn't have the slightest clue as to what I should adjust,
assuming I could even reach it.
