DOS 3.3 Sample Programs: Kaleidoscope

Hello all you Apple II fans,

I'm looking the for "Kaleidoscope" BASIC program
that was included in the "Sample Programs" disk.
This disk came with the Apple IIe back in 1983
and is a supplement to the DOS 3.3 "System
Master" disk.

Does anyone have the BASIC listing/code for this
program available?
