WTB: ROM 03 IIgs

How much would I expect to pay for one? Can I run older Apple II software
(specifically Infocom games) on it? Does anyone have one for sale with a
monitor, mouse/keyboard, a good amount of RAM and some cards? Or does anyone
know where I can buy such a setup?
