     Yes; my recollection is that it was some project of GEnie A2 users. My
reference was to a reclassification effort which results in status
information and programs becoming available to all users, not just members of
some for-pay group.

     When Willie Yeo took over the Csa2 reclassification project, he came up
with a new name "The Treasure Chest Project" and created an attractive web
site which anyone can visit to get information and, usually, do downloads.
