Mea culpa!  I misremembered.  Don't blame the histories.

I knew that 3.1 was released, wasn't sure about 3.0, and was certain
that earlier versions were not released.

I should have re-read my copy of the Apple II history files before
posting.

Anyway - thanks for the URL.  I'll go and have a look when I have some
time.

It might have been rare once, but my Apple II knowledge is definitely
starting to fade (without a refresher look at the appropriate manual).

Things will get a lot worse when the time comes to pack the manuals up
and free up several shelves for stuff I use more regularly.
