Yes. WIndows 720K floppies are the same physical disk; you just need to
reformat the floppy.

In general, these are a bit rare--you will probably have to go to a company
that specializes in selling media. But they do still make them.

Not directly, no. There might be an interface card around, but I don't know
that for sure.

Yes. In fact, that "aging" PowerMac will read and write 1.4M Windows disks
as well as 800K Apple IIGS disks, so you can do the downloads at home and
bring the results in for a quick session of copying files on the Macintosh.
