When starting a 5.25" disk, it loads the first sector (Trk0,
sector0) into $0800. then jumps to it to beginning the
boot-up process. It appears to me that the boot sector
contains a OO at the first byte value that caused a BRK to
execute and stop the computer. I'd suggest you load the
operating system (ProDOS?) from another disk as you boot
sector is probably damaged.
