Yes there is. Go to http://www.intrec.com/ Intrec and get a copy of
ProTERM 3.1, a 14.4k modem, and a modem cable. You'll also need
a serial card if your IIe does not already have one.
The IIe connects via ISPs that offer shell accounts.
