Huh?  Did this guy actually post two almost identical messages?  One
about hooking up this printer to a Mac and the other about hooking it
up to a IIgs?  I'm confused.

At any rate, there are no printer drivers for the Apple IIgs that
support printing over an AppleTalk network that I'm aware of.  The
only drivers I know of all require a Direct Connect to the printer.
