     Sorry about that-- was wondering how the html posting would 'fly'.

     My reason for not posting the URL is that it is very long and, for
many readers, would need to be cut and pasted to come up with something
useable.

     An alternative to all this is to say: Go to Deja News and do a power
search for "contest" in the subject title of posts to comp.sys.apple2
during the span: mar 1 1999  through apr 22 1999.
