     A good place to look for colors like that is a large auto parts store. These
carry touch-up spray paint in many shadings. Some home improvement stores carry a
good selection of 'off-white' colors, too. You could bring along a 3.5" drive and
match the 'platinum' to the closest color-coded can of spray paint.
