The Mac is system 7.0.1. Fortunately I may be able to get a copy of
7.5.3 and the patch to 7.5.5.

It turns out I have a 10base T network card for the Mac. Does this
suggest any more possibilities? I *may* be able to pick up a hub this
weekend. This should be interesting. Two PCs can run BNC or 10base T
(one can only run a BNC connector) and the Mac is 10base T. I also have
a spare BNC only card.
As you say once I get the info over to the Mac there should be no
problem.
