This is a ROM card.  It shipped with AppleSoft/][+ ROMs, the switch
turned them on at boot.  I personally swapped my ]['s integer ROMs for
the Applesoft, and left the switch down (off).  Then, Integer BASIC was
available, but not active.

I believe it would only work in slot 0, which was removed on a ][e
because it had a built in RAM card.

It sure was.  They were big advertisers in the early 80s.
