41256 DRAM chips.  You can find them in old 286 units.

However, the original Apple IIGS Memory Expansion Card is
useless these days.  You might just save the effort and get a
Sirius RAM card from http://www.allelec.com/ Alltech Electronics
which takes 1MB 30-pin SIMMs up to 8MB.  You'll want 4MB to
8MB on the IIGS to run all software comfortably.
