Apple II joysticks

I have been collecting Apple II's for a year or so, including 5
joysticks. I noticed that only one of the six buttons on the three Apple
brand joysticks works. The Kraft and CH brand sticks are OK, and I
opened the Apple joysticks and verified that the switches were not
making contact when pushed. They click, but don't make any electrical
contact, except the one good one. They are square, flat micro switches
that I've seen used in mice. 

Anyone know of a source for these pc bd mount switches?
