It should be easy.  You can take the boat from the snakepit (city of the
insane) and that should take you to just outside of Kingshome.  You may have to
fight a bunch of goblins to get in.  If the guards won't let you into the
castle, show them the signet ring (from the snakepit -- the same one you used
to get into the boathouse).  The guards should let you in. 

Near Kingshome, on the east shore of the Island is a place where some guards
will take you prisoner and bring you to the Kingshome dungeon.  This brings you
automatically inside the Kingshome castle, and the dungeon is packed with
treasure (and some guards).
