Apparently so. I know the one you are talking about, the one on the
Caltech ftp server. It does not work on Windows QT.
Some time ago, someone uploaded a Windows compliant version
to the ground ftp server. After I downloaded it, I discovered that
it was indeed watchable on a Windows unit. Unfortunately, I
seemed to have misplaced the file and it was removed from ground.
A little latter, the person who uploaded it emailed me because he
lost the file and wanted a copy but by that time I had lost the file
too. ;-(
