DOS 3.3, no support for folders, only works on 5.25" drives.
ProDOS 8, support for all disk media including CD-ROM and hard drive,
     full support for folders, increased speed.

ProDOS 16 (Apple IIGS)
GEOS (Apple IIe, IIc, and Commodore 64, 128)
MS-DOS (Apple II with PC Transporter)
early Windows, up to 3.0 (Apple II with PC Transporter)
CP/M (Apple II with CP/M card)
GNO/ME (think UNIX style shell for the Apple IIGS)
