It is not so much the CPU, but the "buggy" (for lack of a better word) way
it works in conjunction with the circuitry of the TWGS. It can still be ok
to the TWGS self test, but it IS going to conflict with a RamFAST unless the
CPU gets replaced with a redesigned one OR you detour around the
problem using a replacement GAL chip.
