OK, I'll start you off with the one built-in to the ROM, that surely
everyone knows about!

System: Apple IIgs ROM-03 (probably works with ROM-01 too)
Method: From a sliding apple screen, hold down OA-CA-Control-N
Egg: A list of design credits, plus a sampled "Apple II"
