1K 6502 programming contest !

Hello 6502 lovers, I'm pleased to pre-announce a
6502 programming contest in the spirit of the 80's.

Do you remember when programs were optimized
to fit in available memory ? Here is your chance to
feel again the atmosphere of this golden age:

**THE 1KB MICROTAN PROGRAMMING CONTEST**

Huh ? What's this Microtan thingy ?
Imagine a small 6502 system with 1KB ram and 1KB rom,
with discrete logics driving a video output, very few I/O ports,
and you are done. Tangerine's Microtan65 can be seen as
the 6502 version of Sinclair's ZX80...

So, with 1KB of ram (half of it being used as video memory),
will you dare writing THE incredible program ?

The programming contest rules can be read on the
Microtan65 page of http://oric.ifrance.com
along with a cycle-based emulator.

6502 programmers of all platforms (Atari, Acorn, Commodore,
Apple, Oric, etc) : please enter the hall of fame of 6502
programming and sign in this competition which will allow
all 6502 programmers to meet !!

Also, if you are not a programmer but still interested in
the programs your friends will write, you can postulate
for the international jury that will evaluate the programs !
