WANTED: Apple II DOS disk

A student at my school just inherited an old Apple IIe with 128k and 80
column.  It has 2 disk drives and a color monitor.  He is learning BASIC on
it, but I can't find him a DOS disk.  This would (of course) allow him to
save and load programs to disk.  Right now, he has to type everything in
fresh every time!

Can anyone suggest a place to get one, or can someone format a disk with the
o/s for me, and send me  a list of basic commands?  I remember CAT does
catalog.  That's about all I can remember!!
