There is a file called smartwatch.shk which undoubtedly can be found
on the ground ftp site. But, if you can wait, I'll upload my recent
modification to this software which allows the patch to be attached
to the most recent version of ProDOS (2.0.3).

Also, be aware that the software to set the date/time only works with
the DS1216E at 1MHz. I found this out the hard way :-)

I'll upload the software to ground in the next couple of days and
to delphi as well.
