The IIc Plus will run hardware that the IIc won't.  Specifically, it will run
IIGS/Mac 3.5" drives, not just UniDisks.

Your arguement could just as easily be applied to Apple II vs. Apple II
Plus.  What's the difference between a II and a II Plus?  Just add a
language card and bump the memory up to 48k or 64k and you've bridged
the gap.  Yet you seem to agree that the II and II Plus are separate.
