Thanks to all who responded. My friend got discouraged (and I don't blame
him) after calling about a dozen of the yellow page listings and got
negative responses. He was anxious to get his mom online and didn't wait for
help from you great people. He bought a WebTV for her and is keeping the gs
and will use it for himself.
