This doesn't sound like the official release by Glen, nor does it coincide with
the e-mail received by myself and by Dr. Tom. NO RESTRICTION was placed on
which version was placed in the public domain. If anything, Glen indicates that
there is no significant problem with Prosel and the Y2K problem. He also had no
restriction on the distribution of the software. While I applaud your efforts
and feel that your prices are fair, alternate sources are not violating the
authors position on this software.

Yes, I placed ProSel in PD.  About Y2K I really know nothing - I've been
told there is a problem but I don't know the details and have not seen the
problem.  I do not remember any of my code that would be affected by Y2K as
I never coded dates as two digits.  But you never know about such things. 
As far as I am concerned, anyone can distribute patches for things of this
sort.  I don't offhand know the latest version number for ProSel - but
Charlie Newby would know that.

Being in public domain, anything can be done with ProSel regarding uploading or
anything else. No source code however (from me) for the reason that it is just
too hard for me to access it now that the // has been retired. It was getting
very finicky and I just don't want to deal with it again.
