No, it means the product exists but now she's not going to release it with
ProSel.  You are going to have to ASK her to send it to you.  Or she
may choose to only give it to her subscribers.  It is up to her.  Bev has
never released vaporware before and has always made good on her
announcements of Y2K patches, so why should anyone doubt this one?
ProSel may be PD, but the patches are not.

I for the world do not understand why people are attacking Bev.  It is not
like she's been abusing any and all users like Nathan did.  There was a
misunderstanding between Bev and Mr. Turley and they've worked it
out among themselves.

Let us stop cheerleading (sorry to borrow the Nathanism) and fanning the
flames, ok?
