It has to do with the hostile environment that is created anytime anyone calls
Mr. Turley on an issue.  Perfect example is refering to her indignation on
having her name associated with an upload that was counter-productive to the
work she has been doing, as Mates/Bennett like.
When Mr. Turley takes a notion to do things incorrectly, he should accept
corrections without attacking the person he has harmed.
I speak from personal experience.  When Mr. Turley first posted his collection
of 'FAQ's to one of his websites, he claimed to have the permission of all the
authors.  Well an aborted effort on my part to create a FAQ of mystery cards.
When I politely emailed him to ask him to remove it, he railed at me and has
targeted me here ever since.  So, am I now showing an 'attitude'?
BTW, he didn't have my permission to use it in the first place.  He lied.
