You can't.  You can, however, do it the other way around.  The IIGS
operating system includes the ability to read MS-DOS disks
provided the right drive.  There is a German company called
///SHH Systeme (you can find their web site via a web search) that
sells a disk drive controller card for the IIGS called the BlueDisk.
The card controls regular PC 3.5" floppy drives, 720k, 1.44MB, or
2.88MB (DS/DD, DS/HD, or DS/EHD).  Have an extra 3.5" PC floppy
of the type inside your PC?  If so, just add this card and your IIGS
will be reading and writing MS-DOS disks in no time (you can write
to MS-DOS disk with the MUG! Desk Accessory).

Have the SCSI version of the ZipDrive?  If so, this one also works
on the IIGS.  You can connect it to the IIGS and read Win/DOS
FAT formatted ZipDisks on your IIGS.
