Searching for Snake Byte

I used to have a game for Apple2 called Snake Byte, where this green
snake moves around a board "eating" apples (that look like red
pluses).  I've been searching all over for info on it or possibly a
port to PC with no luck (I've seen takeoffs, but none as good as that
game).  Can anyone help?  Thanks.
