Actually, an Apple IIGS with DSK2FILE would do. You don't need
a Mac if you just want to transfer programs to ProDOS 3.5 floppies.
The IIGS will even trasnfer the programs to HFS 3.5 floppies.
Or why not just buy a used Universal Disk Controller (UDC) card
for your IIe so you can hook up an external Mac 800k drive and
do the conversions yourself.
