Yup.  But these scanners are only available used.  There is the
Quickie scanner from Vitesse and the Lightningscan from
Thunderware.  They are handheld scanners.  There was various
uses for them from scanning graphics to OCR (yes, there was
OCR software that worked on the IIe).
