Specifically for the IIGS, there were programs like Managing
Your Money and Your Money Matters.

For the Apple IIc (and the IIGS in emulation mode) there is the
all time favorite, Quicken.  Yup, Quicken (versions of which are
available for Windows 95 PCs and Macs to this day).

The IIGS programs are Y2K compliant.  Quicken is not, but
reportedly someone was able to patch it to work.
