Did you think about uploading the images to apple.cabi.net? There is a
ROM image collection, and Lisa ROMs are still missing.

AFAIK all you have to do is removing an inductor that is wired in series
with the horizontal deflection yoke. 
A few years ago a repair guide for Lisa systems was published by Sun
Remarketing. It is available in pdf format on
http://toybox.asap.net/~rbedeaux/lisa/
Read the chapter about upgrading a Lisa 2 to Mac XL, and do the
procedure backwards...
