There is one version of Quicken for the Apple II series of
computers...obviously, that is v1.0. :-)
In the manual that came with v1.0, there is a full chapter devoted to
doing exactly what you are asking. As I can't repost an entire chapter
here, I suggest you take a look at the manual.
BTW, in year 2000, the dates will be incorrectly shown on all Quicken (for
the Apple II) screens and printouts. From everything I can tell, this will
not affect any calculations. If you are brave and have a sector editor,
you can do a search for "19" on all files. Replace the 19's with "20", and
your screens and printouts should now be fine.
I have done this myself as a test. If I recall correctly, all of the 19's
that need changing to "20" are in one binary file, but I can't recall
which one. If anyone decides to try this, they do so at their own risk,
but I have found no ill affects to date.
