Files Transfer 3.5 => 5.25 disks

Is there an available way to put the files from the multiple 5.25 disk games
onto the same 3.5 floppy? I was thinking that maybe the game Neromancer or
Dragon Wars could be put on one 3.5 disk, so a person wouldn't have to bother
doing disk swaps.
